This is he. I've litterally just finished creating a neck pattern (I began sewing about an hour ago so I'm going to see how good or bad it is soon) and the head is more or less done, it just needs details of which I have no idea how to create :XD:
The rest of the body I have yet to try :'D

I would make a base first of his body. The patches of scales should be sewn on afterwards to avoid making your head hurt.
